Yes. During shipment, products may get damaged due to the courier. Therefore, when receiving the product, you should check for any signs of damage, such as crushing, tearing, or moisture. If such damage is observed, do not accept the package and make a report to the courier. Damaged products without a report will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

The courier has delivered the package, but I was not at home. How can I reach the product?

If you are not at the specified address, the ordered product will be delivered to the nearest courier branch. It will be held at the branch for 3 days. You can go to the courier branch with your

identification number to pick up the product. Products not picked up within 3 days will be returned to our company.

How long does it take for a refund when I cancel the order?

When you cancel the order or return the product, your money will be refunded within 14 days from the product reaching us.

 

Within how many days can I request a return/exchange for the received product?

You can request an exchange within 14 days from the product reaching you. After notifying the seller of the exchange right, the consumer is obliged to send the product for exchange within 2 days.

 

What should I do if the product I received is defective/faulty?
